1)Self prefered language(English/Tamil).
2)Select type of service.
3)Enter address as it appear on the envelope along with addressee name and mobile number.
4)Collect barcode sticker and paste it on the envelope
5)Scan the barcode by placing it under the screen.
6)Insert the envelope.
7)Envelope weight and amount will be display in the screen.
8)Make UPI payment by scanning the QR code on the screen.
9)Collect acknowledgement receipt.
