Subject: Calling for applications from volunteers for filling up of one post of Instructor (IP/PA /SA Cadre) on deputation at PTC, Guwahati, Assam.
This is in continuation of this office circular no 9(E)/PTC/Instructor/2016 dated 10.08.2023, 01.09.2023 and 20.09.2023,9(F)/PTC/Instructor/2016 dated 13.10.2023,01.11.2023 and corrigendum dated 07.09.2023(copies enclosed) regarding the above mentioned subject last date of which was 30.11.2023.The cut-off date of receipt of applications from the willing officers/officials in prescribed proforma for filling up of one post of Instructor (IP/PA/SA Cadre) on deputation at PTC, Guwahati Assam is now further extended upto 31.12.2023.
2.Applications from the willing officers in prescribed proforma given in annexure may be forwarded by the appointing authority along with his/her personal recommendation. APAR Grading of the applicant for the last five years so as to reach this office by 31.12.2023 (Last date of receipt of application at PTC Guwahati).
3.The applicants are advised to submit their applications through proper channel in enclosed format.
4.1t is requested to circulate this notice to all eligible IP/PA/SA Officers/officials in your Circle/Region/Division/Training Centre for wide publicity.
5. All other entries/terms and conditions remain the same as circulated vide this office memo of even no dated 10.08.2023 followed by circular dated 01.09.2023, 20.09.2023, 13.10.2023 and 01.11 .2023 and also corrigendum dated 07.09.2023.
This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
