Sub; Competition for Video/poster making for the staff of Tamilnadu Postal Circle -reg 

 This is regarding conducting a competition among the postal staff of Tamil Nadu circle for creation of marketing contest in order to popularize the BD products among the customers and to educate the customers on the services of Department of posts. 

The details of the contest are as follows: 

1.Customer testimonial video making (5 minutes) in any one of the following: 

• a) Dak Ghar Niryat Kendra 
• b) Parcel packaging unit 

2.Demo Video making (5 minutes) in any one of the following 

• a) Click n Book 
• b) Corporate login 

3.Poster Designing in any one of the following 

• a) International Mails 
• b) Parcel products

The terms and condition for the preparation of video is as follows: 

• 1. The video should be a maximum of 5 minutes 
• 2.The video should cover departmental procedure to be followed by the customer to NoO oA w utilize the particular service and it shall highlight the feature/benefit of the Product/scheme. Video/posters with innovative ideas/presentation is highly welcomed. 
• 3.The video/posters should be in Tamil or English 
• 4.The video should contains screenshots of the particular topics 
• 5.Attractive rewards will be given 
• 6.The results announced by the judges are final. 
• 7.The video/posters prepared should be forwarded to Google link

   The video/poster should be forwarded to this office on or before 15.2.2024 through email tnbdmarketing@gmail.com 

  It is requested to circulate the above details to all the officials and forward the videos /posters in the Google drive given above. The videos /posters received after 15.2.2024 will not be accepted.
