NOTICE- Allocation of Postal Circles
Subject: Allocation of postal circle for appointment as Stenographer Grade II on the basis of Stenographer Grade 'C' & 'D' Examination, 2022 conducted by SSC.
Attention is invited to Department of Posts letterNo.W-05/5/2023 SPN-I dated 20.11.2023 followed by corrigendum dated 23.11.2o23 where in candidates recommended by Staff Selection Commission (SSC), on the basis of Stenographer Grade 'C' & 'D' Examination 2022 for appointment as stenographer Grade - II, were advised to submit their preference/option fol allocation of Postal Circles by email and Speed Post/Registered Post.
2. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) tras recommended 102 candidates for appointment as stenographer Grade - II on the basis of Stenographer Grade 'C' & 'D' Examination 2022.Further nomination of these candidates has been confirmed By Staff Selection Commision and their dossiers have been received in this Department Consequently, Postal Circle have been allocated to all 102 candidates, as per the criteria stipulated in aforesaid letter dated 20.11.2023.
3. Postal Circles allotted to all 102 candidates can be seen in the Annexure in the order of rank secured in the final results of Stenographer Grade 'C' & 'D' Examination 2022.Dossiers of the candidates are being sent to PostaI Circle concerned for initiating the process of appointment. The candidates are advised to note that further correspondence, if any, maybe made with the Postal Circle concerned.
