Subject: Indefinite Strike from 12/12/2023 by AIGDSU and NUGDS
Madam / Sir,
I am directed to refer to this Department's letter of even number dated 06/12/2023 on the subject cited above containing the instructions regarding "No Work No Pay’, applicable on the employees / GDS who participated in the strike. Accordingly, amount from salary / TRCA of Employees / GDS who were on strike from 12/12/2023 shall be deducted from the salary / TRCA of the month of December, 2023 and a certificate (as mentioned below) to the effect duly verified by Director of Accounts Postal (DAP) of }he concerned Circle may be sent to Directorate positively by 27th December, 2023 along-with total number of employees S against whom deduction is made:
" It is certified that in compliance with 'NO WORK NO PAY' principle,whole amount towards strike period has been deducted from the Salary / TRCA of each and every employee / GDS who participated in the strike held from 12/12/2023".
2. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
