ORDER
Subject: Delegation of powers of Review to the CPMG, Telangana Circle - reg
In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 31 of the GDS (Conduct and Engagement) Rules, 2020, the approval of the competent authority is hereby accorded for delegation of power of review under Rule 20 of the said rules to the CPMG, Telagana Circle.
2. This delegation shall be treated as a one time measure specific for the purpose of disposing of the petitions of GDSs terminated in Telangana Circle in connection with the participating in the strike during the period from 12.12.2023 to 15.12.2023.
